Master’s Degree: MBA preferred, specifically in Operational Management, Supply Chain Management, or Technology Management.
Specialized Coursework: Training in Manufacturing Technology, Robotics, and ERP Systems.

Tenure: 10–15+ years of experience in production, supply chain, and technology-driven manufacturing.
Operational Scope: Proven track record of overseeing production lines and implementing process improvements.
Vendor & Cash Management: Experience negotiating with multiple suppliers and optimizing the cash conversion cycle.
Compliance: History of maintaining licensing and regulatory adherence, specifically regarding ATF and ITAR regulations.
Technical Implementation: Experience implementing robotics, AI, or ERP system improvements.
