After retiring Matt came on full time and quickly promoted to assistant Plant Manager and then to his current position as Plant Manager. Having worked with both large-scale facilities and smaller production units, Matt has demonstrated expertise in fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment and is committed to promoting a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous growth.

Bobby is a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Team Lead with several years of experience in the manufacturing sector. He is known for his ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. In his role, Bobby oversees day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and that team members adhere to company standards. Additionally, he is highly skilled in training and developing team members, helping them improve technical skills, increasing their knowledge of equipment, and contribute to a positive work environment.

With knowledge of various machine types and production processes, Katie is known for ensuring optimal machine functionality, reducing downtime, and consistently delivering high-quality products. Throughout her career, Katie has demonstrated proficiency in machine setup, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and quality control. She has been recognized for her ability to train and mentor junior operators, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. With a keen eye for detail and problem-solving, she consistently identifies opportunities for process improvement and contributes to the overall efficiency of the production team.

Mallory is an accomplished Office Manager with 13 years experience in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach, she excels at managing administrative functions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a productive workplace environment. In her role, Mallory oversees day-to-day operations, including supervising office staff, HR duties, procurement of supplies and services, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring that office procedures align with company policies. Mallory is a natural leader who fosters a collaborative atmosphere, building strong relationships with employees, clients, and vendors. Her attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities make her a dependable and resourceful member of the team

Trey is a dedicated and dependable Material Handler with several years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics. Known for his can-do attitude, willingness to help others and happy go lucky nature, Trey not only plays a key role in ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently to meet production and operational needs, he also consistently brightens the day of his coworkers. Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, Trey maintains a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
Outside of work, he enjoys riding horses, attending ropings and is an avid member of his church. He is committed to personal growth and continuous learning, always seeking ways to enhance his skills and contribute more effectively to the team.
